* Additional charges may apply if a full service de-shed is advised, uncooperative or aggressive behavior occurs and based on the severity of the coats condition which may prolong the time of service or require additional products. Dogs originally here for a bath service who are discovered to be heavily matted and require a shave will be charged as a full groom. Matts are subject to removal for the overall safety and health of the animal, no exceptions. All matted dogs requiring a shave down will be required to fill out a release form prior to service.
